Our Story
Situated in the heart of Maria Luisa Park, Plaza de América stands out as one of the most monumental spaces in Seville. Designed by the illustrious Aníbal González, its buildings were erected between 1913 and 1916 as part of the urban plan for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929.
The architectural ensemble is defined by three emblematic buildings: the Mudéjar Pavilion (now the Museum of Arts and Popular Customs), the Pavilion of Fine Arts (current Archaeological Museum), and the neo-Gothic Royal Pavilion. This combination of styles positions the plaza as the greatest testimony to González's creative genius in the Andalusian capital.
Plaza de América Terraza Bar is the perfect spot to take a break and contemplate the beauty of Seville among century-old gardens. Our proposal is the preferred destination for those who wish to eat in Seville or relax with a drink after strolling through the park.
Visiting our terrace at the Plaza de América in Seville means immersing yourself in a unique gastronomic experience, where heritage and nature merge to offer one of the most iconic and memorable views of the entire city.
